Both can be used together with great results. For strategic planing and bigger overview I recommend Trello. Todoist is an awesome collaboration tool for setting and completing short to mid term goals. I believe pretty much any person who can use Whatsapp on their smartphone will be able to use Todoist which is probably one of its greatest strengths. At the end of the day, a program can be great, but if it is not used by some (or most) of the key coworkers because it is too complicated - than implementing such tool would be waste of time and money. Automatically sync tasks across the computers and devices you use. Whether you are managing a complex work project with a team, planning a family reunion or simply sharing a shopping list, Todo has what you need. Todoist looks good, it is cross platform, priced right and best of all it is a very powerful yet not a confusing tool - something that is mostly appreciated by the team members. Todo’s beautiful and intuitive interface enables you to easily create and share tasks, checklists and projects. This is one of the apps which does not make life harder, but rather helps keeping track of the progress, setting and following goals. It is pretty much just as easy to use and thanks to nested shared lists and various both advance and simple to manage features - helps me to really stay on top of the projects.
